Claim 20% of all underlay by quoting this offer during your sales consultation. Offer subject to availability, Belvoir Carpets reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time, Not applicable with any other offer.

A pre-agreed Deposit (usually 50% of material costs) is required in order to secure your order and fitting date. 

Total balance of material payment must be received prior to commencement of installation, failure to pay will result in your fitting being postponed.

We request that all fitting costs are paid direct to our fitters upon completion of work, This is due to our fitters being sub-contractors so they are responsible for their own wages and costs.

Payment for materials is accepted via Cash, Cheque, Bank transfer or Debit/Credit Card.

All materials remain Property of Belvoir Carpets until full payment is received.     

We request that all old flooring and underlay are removed by the customer prior to our fitters arrival. Where this is not possible we may be able to do this for you but the service is chargeable and must be agreed prior to installation date. Please note: we will only uplift old flooring but will not be able to take it away or dispose of it due to waste disposal costs and the shops lack of access for a Skip/Commercial waste bin.

Please ensure all Furniture is removed from your room prior to installation (unless prior agreement is made with us)

Our Fitters are self employed Sub-Contractors and provide a 12 month guarantee on all fitting, this means, in the rare instance that you develop a problem with the physical installation of your new floor we will arrange for them to come back out and rectify it at no extra charge. Please Contact the shop to discuss any issues and we will arrange with the fitters to get the best possible resolution.

All flooring samples show at point of sale are only a representation of the flooring you are ordering and on occasion, slight colour differences are possible. You may also find on occasion that the backing on a sample may vary slightly to the backing on your actual carpet, this is nothing to worry about as all backings used on the carpets we sell will be fit for purpose and will carry all advertised Manufacturer guarantees.

If you have ordered flooring through us and decide at a later date you want some more of it for another room, please note that there is a chance that there may be a slight colour difference between rooms, Carpets are coloured in a way that unfortunately means they could change slightly between production runs, much like if you buy wall paper you would look for rolls with the same batch number to ensure a perfect match.

When ordering multiple pieces of the same carpet in one go for a customer we will always do our best to ensure that all cuts are taken from the same roll to avoid colour match issues. If this is not possible you will be notified and asked if you are happy to proceed with your order,
